Thanks for the info, Janet! I can't wait to see the upcoming issues.

Janet

You're most welcome, Disa! :o)

Just wondering if there's an estimated time of arrival for the Fall Issue of Tarot World Magazine?

Janet

Hello Disa!

I'm no longer affiliated with TWM Publishing/Tarot World Magazine.

To inquire about your subscription, you may email Heidi Snelgrove, the Publisher, at editor@twmpublishing.com

Thanks Janet! :)

Does anyone know what's going on at TWM Publishing? I ordered a subscription months ago and haven't received a single issue. Also, their blog hasn't been updated since November.

Janet Boyer

Hi Sharon,

Emails to me keep pouring in to me, asking what's up with TWM.

It's sad that Heidi never replies to subscribers, so they are left in the dark--hoping to find a word of news to assure them their hard earned money isn't down the drain.

I resigned from TWM because of their dubious business practices (including using me and my work for over a year-and my husband's art--with not one dime of compensation, despite promises of payment).

I'm saddened to hear that the Tarot community has been, it would seem, duped by incompetent "publishers" (in this case, one person). And, I deeply regret ever lending my name and reputation to TWM Publishing, the 2009 Annual (which was 99% edited by me when I resigned) and Tarot World Magazine.

I'd demand a refund if I were you.

Blessings,

Janet

Jet Aluna

Well, I did (demand a refund). Not that it did any good... I know I am not the only one.

I too have had no response from TWM - despite them happy to take money - (and not supply a single issue).

May I be as bold as to suggest that you remove your links etc from your blog pages to the TWM (even though they now go nowhere). Them being there, on the surface, gives the impression they are indeed a reputable outfit. http://www.thetarotchannel.com/2008/09/tarot-world-mag.html - anyone searching them comes across this info and can be easily misled. Many thanks for your consideration. kindest regards.

Janet

Thanks for the reminder, Lyn. I'll go do that now.

What is especially galling is that Heidi Snelgrove dares to not only show her face at Facebook, but has befriended 50+ people in the Tarot community! I can't believe respected Tarot individuals are her Facebook friends, knowing that she's defrauded dozens of subscribers and contributors:
