The Undersea Tarot?! How cool is that?

It'd occurred to me not long ago that I couldn't think of a water-based (for lack of a better term) deck. Figures someone had one in the works!

Cathy

Yes, I will be looking for that one, too! Although the Golden Dawn Tarot looks really interesting as well....

Thanks for featuring the Quantum Tarot along with your autumn releases :)

This is an exciting new venture for us, as it's Kunati's first foray into tarot. They've already shown form by producing Derek Armstrong's tarot-related novel, "The Last Troubadour" (first in the Song of Montsegur series mentioned above) and I know they have at least one more deck planned for release in spring 2009...

Janet

Isn't how that goes, Elizabeth? You have an idea and then see it everywhere... Hehehe.

There's not much info. available about the Undersea Tarot. I only knew about it because it's in U.S. Games latest catalogue...

You're very welcome, Kay! I very much look forward to seeing the Quantum Tarot!

The Undersea Tarot is from Frank Fradella, the same guy who brought us the comic-book-super-hero-themed Fradella Adventure Tarot, also from US Games. I saw some sketches for the Undersea Tarot on Frank's website, but I go to the site now and it looks like it's been shut down, as has his website for his Cyber Age Adventures.

Anyway, I'm glad to see that the Undersea Tarot is coming to the surface.

New release for September: Buffy the Vampire Slayer Tarot by Rachel Pollack and Paul Lee.

You can read the press release on the Darkhorse.com site.

AND, if you pre-order from TFAW.com, you get a dandy discount!
