Count That Day Lost by George Eliot (1819-1880) is a poem about self reflection.
George Eliot was the pen name of Mary Ann Evans who is one of the most well know authors of the Victorian Era. She used the pen name because she feared her work would be reflected upon as Romanticism rather than realism since she was a woman.
Count the Day Lost is about reflecting on the day to ponder whether of not you truly gave of yourself and helped others. If so, the day was well spent. If not, it was worse than lost.
The End of Day Spread is inspired by this poem and designed to be used at the end of the day to reflect on each part of the day. Then, deterime if you were truly a giving soul. In the end, it helps reflect on how you could have made the day more meaningful and what can be done better tomorrow.

Nice idea. I look forward to trying it. (I would only add that that "giving" applies to being loving towards ourselves, as well. :-D)
