I do like the way they share the laying out of cards :) The whole video is so artful that it seems to mar it slightly by having him speak at the end.

Yes, his speech at the end was a little jarring. I loved hearing The Moonlight Sonata (it's been some time since I have).

Overall, it's atmospheric but I'm left puzzled, wondering what I didn't get. Especially as their relationship seems to portend...something... Or is the aim to invoke a Tarot reading state of mind in the viewer?

Intriguing, yet irritating, I thought. Was it just to set the mood? Couldn't quite make out what was being said, but did hear death and the next clear words were written 'For Annie', so I wondered about that.

I also thought: "Can't be a tarot reader, not turning the cards like that." At least, it isn't usual to turn them face up in a way that reverses them, I think.

By the way, this is my first post, so "Hi all!" Am enjoying reading your articles.

I'm wondering why he did not reveal the card that jumped out of the deck? Why did he guard it so? The tea part is so European...and I am sure it is just part of the ritual part of any reading on that side of the water...a nice cup of tea soothes the soul, you know.
The lady seemed quite stessed, but I honestly thought she was the reader right up till the point he started talking.

Oh, brother, what a crashing bore! The only thing I liked about it was Bobby the Cat! LOL!
