On Gay, Straight, or Taken?, savvy female contestants try to figure out which one of three potential dates is heterosexual, woman'-loving, and available. During last week's episode, one savvy young lady put her interest in all things metaphysical to work ... by dragging her mystery dates off for an appointment with a Tarot reader.
Aboard the reputedly haunted Queen Mary (an appropriate choice ... for more than one reason!) in Long Beach, CA, Elle -- this week's lady in waiting -- took her three prospective beaus for a Tarot reading in the ship's ultra-spooky first-class pool deck.
After lighting about a half-million candles, the psychic reader shuffled Joseph Martin's Quest Tarot ... drew cards for each man ... and then, much to our disappointment, pretty much ignored the deck from that point on.
That said: surrounded by dry-ice fog and glimmering candlelight, we gotta admit that Joseph's Quest cards look sexy, sexy, sexy. My recommendation? Ditch all three guys ... and take those cards home!

Nothing much from the cards. She did say the cards indicated the gay guy was "guarded."
By far, the more dramatic moment was the bit with the dowsing rods; they whirled to life the minute she brought 'em near the homosexual!
